JaySeal flange insulation gasket kits are made by Jay Gaskets in Vasai East, Mumbai. They are the most widely used way of controlling corrosion losses in pipelines. A kit does two jobs at once: it seals the flange joint, and it electrically isolates the two flanges so that stray currents cannot flow through the metal.
Why insulate a flange?

What a kit includes
A typical kit has an insulating gasket, insulating sleeves for each bolt, insulating washers and steel washers. Material and gasket style are selected to suit the medium, pressure and temperature. Tell us your flange size, rating and service, and we will specify the kit.
