Compressed Asbestos/Non Asbestos Fibre
Gaskets (CAF)
CAF are die cut from compressed asbestos fibre jointings which are manufactured from carefully selected chrysolite fibre intimately blended with suitable heat resistant binders. Spiral Wound Gaskets The Spiral Wound Gaskets "Jay Seal" are composed of a metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile, coupled with a continuous filing stripe (Asbestos, PTFE, Grafoil etc) evenly wound in concentric fibre under constant stress. Ring Joint Gaskets They are gaskets produced in different solid metal types. Metal Jacketed Gaskets Jacketed gaskets consist of a sheet metal jacketed and filler of Asbestos, CAF, PTFE, Grafoil etc. which improves its resistance pecularities to temperature and loads. Rubber Gaskets Rubber gaskets are cut from moulded sheets. Teflon Gaskets (PTFE) PTFE gaskets are cut from a moulded PTFE sheets. Gaskets As Per Customer's Specification We make gaskets as per customer's drawing and specifications in pure graphite products with and without insertion. |
